Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours. No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of their service fee.
All first time clients much pay a $30 deposit to secure appointment. The deposit can be made through this booking site, Cash-app $Hollychat, Zelle- 903 748 4688, or in person.
If you are 15 minutes or more late you will be subjected to your appointment being canceled. If services can still be rendered a $20 inconvenience fee will be added.
Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless they are being serviced.
If you are sick or have been exposed to Covid, you will need to cancel your appointment until after the 10 day incubation period.
I charge an extra fee (To be determined at service) for tangled/matted hair and takedowns. Please notify me about this in prior to your service.
